Is there floor underneath those new floatation boxes in the new gd boats? I had a 1648 a few years ago and coco sent me the extra foam. If i bought a new one id have to snatch that box out. Anyone know how tgey are attached? Is it just riveted in? |

Are you talking about the "lawyer box" in the rear center of the boat? That is just screwed down, the floor does run all the way under it. |

Yeah thats what im talking about. So it can be snatched out or put back in easily? I really like tge gd boats. Little 1638 with a 23 lt will be all ill ever need. Trying to decide between the GD boat and a 1642 crawfish skiff. |

Yes, it can be removed or reinstalled in a few minutes either way. |
