Never been asked for it nor have i seen anyone asked for it! But you never know! To each is own, but if you act right then they won't ask you for it Plus I know alot of them that work that side of the water way!

i have been asked one time by a GW that used to be on Toledo Bend. Enough people complained about his harassment and now he is working in north west texas somewhere i think. Even the other GW's around here didnt like the guy.

If your passenger is over .08 BAC then he could get a Public Intoxication ticket or go to jail. GW's normally don't jack with you if you have a beer in hand and not acting a fool. Act up and leave all your cans in the boat for them to see and you may take a trip to the Hooscow.

Put em in the front deck or a gun box or maby back in the cooler your are taking them out of to drink I guess. Or you could just drink soda water instead.
