Conditions @ Caddo
Getting the urge to visit Caddo as this time of year has always been enjoyable.... With recent rains and high water on Trinity and San Jacinto wondered what Caddo conditions were like right now ??? Also interested in local cabins and conditions for them as well ???

Man caddo is the best it's been in a good while. Water is up and clear enough to explore all the nooks and crannies

Re: Conditions @ Caddo
Caddo is up about 2.5 ft., current moving good thru the back waters. Not a lot of people running around yet. And all the veggies haven't grown back in. If you get up on the river, beware of all the floating logs and trash moving down river. Btw you can get back in the woods with a little effort. A lot of sloughs are easily accessible as are a lot of the backwaters.

Re: Conditions @ Caddo
BUT BUT BUT!!! there is a Caddo run, at least for me! I put boat in(after choosing which one), load up and head down river, ride some trails, stop and eat at Big Pines, ride some more, then head back home. JS
