| Post subject: | Need a Boat Ride in Lafitte |
Anybody in Lafitte area free to give me a ride over to Delta Farms, help me pull a boat off the bank, let me sink it to get all the crap from Ida off/out of it, then tow it back across to the landing? It’s an 1844 GD Hull. I need to go get it and bring it back to the house. I can go with my boat…but, it would take me two trips. One to bring my big boat back and forth. Then, I’d have to drive back to pick up the GD Hull. I’ve never tried…but, I don’t think I could get that GD in my 24’ Gaudet bay boat. I might could…but, it probably wouldn’t be easy or pretty getting it in/out of the boat. More than happy to pay for your time and fuel. 6 mile boat ride from Nick’s or Jean Lafitte Harbor. Or…if somebody has a boat that they want to run from Larose down the ICW…that’s another option…just a longer boat ride. Same truck ride for me coming from BR. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
