All my shots are on my digital video cam. Back at hotel now.

River runoff put 3" of water over most the flats today.

Had a blast looked like everyone else did too.

Had a blast meeting a bunch of yall. Im exhausted and taking a nap! Great day and lots of fun. Thanks a bunch to the sponsors and organizers. Hope everybody got home ok. Couple things I learned...

1. SETX mud is the $hit!
2. My new Killer Kall is AWESOME! Thanks Camo.
3. DGuidry's boat is pretty freakin cool. We still need to work on the Obama thing though! :lol:
4. Saw two wrecks. The dude with the 40 hp outboard ..... HOLY CRAP that dude got airborne.
5. Autogateman....sorry bud! :( But the fire was cool. ;)
6. Ok, so Terry is an alright guy. :lol:
7. Even though it was a very heavily modded GTR, 3 dudes dancing on a boat to "Sexy and I know it"....Just wrong.
8. Mark Robicheax's Spyder airboat, pretty damn neat.
9. Jeezus, Cody's boat was fast!

What a great time with some great people. Watching 40+ boats run the cut back to the salt flat was awesome...brought to mind the helicopter scene In apocalypse now. I could hear the music and almost smell the napalm lol... ..

Had fun guys, mudd was perfect. Got to meet a lot of new people, I swear boats were pouring into the flat for what seemed like an hour. Thanks to all the guys that traveled to our area we were glad to have ya.

Oh and Coe I don't know what flavor kool aid u were drinking but the GTR gods were not happy with u....lmao

Damn I get crucified for going back into the thick stuff and playing around for a few minutes while all y'all sat with the outboards. :lol: Was in the same exact area a few months ago. I always stop in that area and slowly power out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34nxCV9naKQ

Oh and its the Briggs gods that hated on me with broken throttle cable and stripped valve cover bolt now in the last week. :roll:

Good fun though had a blast today, GF said she will not come to any more mud runs she likes the lakes and river runs better.

I'm not sure how many boats were at the ramp or riding during this shot but there were a lot of boats hanging out at the flat. This was around noon.
