Here is the same release form used at the SETX Mud Run earlier this year. Modified to include the new sponsors & mud bugs event. I will have extras with me at the run that people can sign. If you are not on file you will not be eligible at winning the Poker Run prize that we have. Each person / rider will need to please sign the form & write their name in. Yawn ! Just wakin up from my post season nap.... When is this run anyway - just looked thru date polls and release forms and dozens of koolaide posts and about 150 WEA posts goin back to mid March and still didn't spot a date ???
