PIG HUNTING.... I LOVE PIG HUNTING even at my duck lease. Ok that's out.

I take my son and friends out to one tower blind (in the marsh) even though the game cameras don't indicate any activity in the evening and the wind was blowing real hard. I then have time to go to another blind and read the Bible. No one needing anything ... its my time to dedicate to Him. I am not a theologian and I could look up the passage but I am lazy right now. BUT......

I was reading Mark (something verse IDK) but Jesus was speaking that it is more difficult for a wealthy man to enter the kingdom of God than a camel to pass through the eye of a needle But by one to be a faithful believer it is easy. A few passages later Jesus speaks that all things are possible through God and we have to forgive someone we are holding a grudge against. As I said please understand I am paraphrasing.

I just thought of one person I have had a difficult time with lately, said I would make the effort to be kind and not bring up the issues that have been a wedge between us. A passing thought of I hope Burke (my sons friend) gets a pig. Beep Beep my son's phone text said .... pig just ran through...I replied to make sure Burke shoots. Before I hit send the text comes in Burke got him. The amazement in a subtle prayer like that is just another indication of His love for us and we need to understand to always let Him give what we need not what we want. So many times I do not understand where the line is but I guess that is why I am human.

A sincere prayer is a prayer that God hears. Good stuff. I have to make myself read and study the Bible.

Prayer is very powerful! The bible says in James 5:16 in the NLT that the earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results! Thanks for sharing brother!

Prayer works. It takes coming from the heart, but it works. Ive been going through alot of semi rough patches lately.. I know it sounds dumb, and there are people with far more problems than me, but its still tearing me apart... Me and a girl ive been with for almost 3 years, who was my bestfriend split, im having hard times at work, stress on being able to get to college next semester (lacking the money to pay for it).. im just not happy at all. Ive lost myself, personality, and am just not myself. Prayers helped tho, alot. Losing someone I thought I couldnt live without really tore me apart, but ive yet to quit praying for strength, and things are getting better by the day.

40 minute drive to work every day is my prayer time...DAILY! And YES! There is awesome power in prayer. I can cite numerous examples in my life where prayers have been answered.

Funny thing is, some were answered in a totally opposite way of what I was wanting. But God answered. Like the time I prayed for God...no...I begged God to let a relationship with this one girl work out. Well, that relationship didn't last long. Then, I met my wife. Prayers were answered. Everything worked out!
