Is the stuff.

Mason jars boiled clean, stuff chunks of venison and a little salt and garlic to about 1/2" from the top, seal and cook in a pressure cooker at 250 for 90 minutes.

Wow. You can eat it cold, put some seasoning on it and heat it back up, stew, whatever and it's fantastic.

On a related note, I'm hunting a DCAP permit area Saturday afternoon and 50-11 button bucks are in a world of hurt. :lol:
