Normally I lube the throttle cable with WD40(35 GTR stock cable on Mikuni carb). The temp dipped into the low 20's and the throttle cable was extemley stiff. After the hunt I removed throttle cable and flushed it with carb cleaner. It works better in the cold now but it would work better with some lube. I need to get a new cable soon anyway. But what can I use that wont gum up in the cold?

Re: Cold weather cable lube
Quantum Hot Sauce Reel Lube. A little goes a long way.
