 Pulsing Motor
Took the rig out this weekend and was introduced to a new problem...
When running at WOT in water (3600 - 3700rpm) the motor started pulsing let off a the throttle to about 3400rpm and the pulsing stopped. Running out of the water at WOT it would start pulsing around 4300rpm.
I just changed all the fluids as well fuel filter last weekend and was running new gas. I seem to remember towards the end of the last season it happened once on the way out but figured it was just bad gas.
What do you boys think? I'm still thinking a fuel problem but the primer bulb feels full and the fuel filter visually shows fuel in it. Not for sure but I think I'm running 3/8" fuel line from the front of an 18' boat.
Any suggestions would help.
