 electric friers? lookin at them. want one thats not such a mess to deal with. the lp out side ones are a bitch and if just the 4 of us its way too much trouble. but i still want one big enough to have a fry with. cajun injecter and master built (think they build tem both) seem to get good reviews.
whos got what?

Re: electric friers? stay away from electric. indirect heat is the way to go. i have a 3 gallon and a 5.5 gallon,, use them every time we do a big ride. me and my dad built both of them, but u can buy one similar to this.
on the 5.5 galon, theres a 3" pipe running thru the pot, propane comes in one side with a stack coming out the back side. the food never touches the grease.
on the 3 gallon is a 2" pipe. very easy to clean and maintain. theres a valve at the bottom to drain with. i will take more and better pics tomrow,, i lost all mine on the laptop..
