Re: Yall be careful out there I think you are old enough J.... it affects anyone born after Jan 1, 1984.... you have to take a mandatory boater education class and pass the test.... either in a state given class or they offer it online for a small fee

Re: Yall be careful out there It changed from those born after Jan 1-1988 to those born after Jan 1-1984, will need the course.
