 40 hp Kohler hyper sport

Post 40 hp Kohler hyper sport
I have a 1648 weldbilt boat. I was thinking about getting a Mudbuddy 40 hp Kohler hyper sport. This will be my first mud motor. I was just wondering if this will be a good combination or if the motor might be to big? If anybody has any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks!
