 BPS Crossover ???
Has anybody had issues with the internal baffles?
Mine sounds like it has BBs rolling around in it, annoying as hell because the more you accelerate the noisier it gets.
This is on a PD 36, and of course the warranty period is over.

never had a problem with the baffles.

How many hours did you have on it when it all started? Have you called BPS and asked about it or told them of your trouble? Just wondering what they told ya... Im running the BPS crossover thats why I ask...

 Christmas lists are over rated anyways.... Getting close to forty hrs on mine, I'v been keeping an eye on it looking for cracks but so far so good...
