Anybody know where i can get one or does anybody have one laying around that they arent using? I need the one around 4600, called Micah and they are out for a month or longer. Also why im at it, i bought a used rev limiter with no instructions.... where do i run the 3 wires to?. Im sure i can figure it out, but i will make it easier on myself and just ask. Also i hear the best place to mount them is under the gussets in the back or somewhere safe and dry, and not on the motor..correct?

You can try EVT or Coondik and see if they have a 4600

Go to the MB customer page, there are wiring diagrams for the models with Rev limiters in PDF. Shows where to connect it all. Its a good idea to keep the diagram in a ziploc in the boat- can help you bypass a switch etc... in a pinch to get back.

Extend the wires and put it in a box in the rear is the best place. Some put it under the gussett but if you are trailering in rain, it will drive water right into it (been there).

Ur wasting ur time with that rev limiter. They're junk and wont be working when you need them to, i got a few old ones layin around that crapped out... I'm sure I can find a chip for u if u insist on tryin one.

lol..maybe i wont worry about it so much, with the load i carry my rpms should be down enough anyway..just have to be careful when im playing around
