Trying to help a buddy install a carb and black death intake on his GT. His boat is a center console if that matters. Got all the stock parts and new parts installed. The throttle cable is a hard single wire not a braided soft cable like on my godevil. He cut the end off of the cable so we can't get the stock parts back on either. Supposed to leave Friday morning for the mud run and need a way to get this working. Any ideas????

get a new cable tomorrow. I have an extra throttle lever and cable but I believe that would be too short for a CC boat,sorry.

Any idea where we might be able to find one about 16 feet long tomorrow?

if he bought it rigged from a dealer i would start there,if not call the boat dr he may be able to steer you in the right direction

Well, we got it rigged up for the run. It ain't pretty, but it works. This last minute stuff sucks. Got everything installed, but the air filter that came with the carb, don't work. It's way too long. Gotta find a shorter air filter.
