Scent Lock Clothing ( False Advertisement )
Sitting in the dentist office this afternoon and picked up the new issue of Field and Stream.. Found an artical about Scent Lock getting sued for the fact that it doesn't work as advertised.. I looked at that stuff when it first came on the market and thought then that it was a waste of money ( sure glad i never wasted mine on it ).. I know the Military has used charcoal suits for different applications other than to block the human scent with great success.. But Scent Lock hunting gear is not worth two dead flys for its intended use of blocking the human scent from animals keen senses..
In conclusion.. If you have some of this stuff you have nothing more than Camo Clothing lined with some charcoal.. If you are thinking about getting some of it, dont waste your money....

Having spent a considerable amount of time in Chem suites I can tell after the first time you wear it it stinks like all get out. Not to mention hot as a mofo in a 12 hour black. I do use the sprays though.
