 35gd sd rev limiter wiring
having a problem with the colors of the wires there just not there !!!
got the black-ground to starter there is a green in my cluster but... its cut at the plug and doesnt go to anything after it comes out of it.
see what yall can come up with and let me know

White is positive.
Black is negative.
Green is ground.

On MBs the green at the large plug connector is pigtailed to the black in the harness where the kill switch, key switch, and oil pressure sensor (if installed) connect in a circuit to the ground wires for the coils. If any of these things ground it keeps the coils from firing. The green on the rev limiter is more of a control wire and when the rev limiter trips, it grounds that wire to kill the spark.
One suggestion I would make is to add a connector on the green wire near the rev limiter. If you ever suspect the limiter has failed and the motor will not start, you can quickly disconect the green wire and remove the rev limiter as a variable.
