A friend has a GTR 35 that has a plastic cover for the starter that protects the motor and all the wires. He does not know anything bout it, he bought the motor and boat used. Can't find them anywhere. This video was on you tube and he has it on his mud buddy. Should fit gator tail mud buddy and go devil 35's. Thanks for any info.

I've only ever seen em on MB motors, have ya tried contacting them or a Briggs dealer?

sounds like a mb product. it has been talked about but im not sure how it fitts on a gt.

That is part of the finish on a MB motor. It is a stainless steel piece with 3 threaded holes that bolts to the motor mounting bolts. The plastic cover goes on top of it and covers the Voltage regulator, starter, etc. You can call MB and see if they sell them separate - I expect they would.
