Coe,
Make sure to wear your Helmet. Expecially if there is that much mud. Word around Tx is, your boat can stop in approx. 2.7 seconds

Could not ask for a better day! Mud was perfect! We had all 4 major brands of Mud Motors represented. I'm putting together a video & photo slide show should be up later tonight Texans vs. Cowboys comes on in a hour but I'll try and get it together & up ASAP.

The weather was perfect for dang sure. I don't know that I'll be in too much of Coe's video footage tho, seein as I broke down about an hour into it. :( Still had a good time tho. Thanks go out to everybody there. Coe (WEA) led us to the hole, Bobby (RobertB4wd) for lettin me run his rig for a while and for bringin my wife & son back to the ramp, Blake (QK08) for bringin me part of the way back, & a BIG thanks to BradS for towin my boat back in.

1st, the clutch started goin out (broken wire -rigged it back & kept ridin). 2nd, junk ass Thompson trim unit crapped out (had to muscle it around).
3rd, motor started actin up (power loss & sounded weird).

Repaired / replaced all the broken wires on clutch & trim, but trim unit is toast. Gonna tear into motor tomorrow.

Hey Camo, anything I could do to help just let me know. Good thing we planned a couple of teal hunts together. Let me know when you find something out on your motor. BradS, you get a big pat on the back from me. Everyone on this ride was more than willing to give a hand to anyone with problems. Just a great group of people to ride with. Hope every one of you are on the next ride. Coe, thanks for spending the time on the videos. Always fun to watch.

I have never been back there... The only reason we were able to get to Miller Lake was thanks to GaugeTheDuckDog for his chainsaw services, he cleared a lot of the path out to make it easier to get to. Ike did a number to that area, downed trees all over the place making it hard to navigate and a lot of hidden obstacles under the surface.
