My pro drive used to do the same thing. I would always hit on the motor part of the hydraulics with a rubber mallet while holding down one of the up or down buttons. Sometimes it would take one or two hits, and sometimes it would take about 2 minutes of hitting before it would kick in. I just bought a new motor for the hydraulics and it works fine now. Hope this helps.

Mine did soething similiar after I bought it. On the side of the motor above the starter there is a relay that the connections were loose. I found it at night, it threw quite a few sparks. I added some lockwashwashers and haven't had a problem since

on the back of the motor, (right side if your facing it) there is a small box that attaches to the motor with two screws. This got knocked off one time when i was running. your tilt will not work if this isn't fastened. make sure it didn't get knocked loose during shipping or installation. at best...call the guys at the shop..they will get you taken care of.

It may sound stupid but are you sure your battery connections are good and tight?

On mine if the trim acts up, I need to check the fuse on the purple wire on my motor. The buss fuse holder is cracked and I never changed it yet. Most of the time its simple sshit that gets the best of you. Just look over a few things and you will find it.
