Maybe so o!! I didnt think it would be dependability,speed, reverse, and i was praying it wasnt when they turn the motor to the side they lay over dam near on their side i wouldnt want to pull my gt of its side everytime i turn sharp!!LOL

Well I can only speak of my experiance.
I have allways been takin care of in an expediant manner.
Der have been times when they were extreamly busy and have had to call me back da next day. But 95% of da time if I can't talk to sumone imediately I get called back da same day. Hell Hoyt has even been der on a Saturday afternoon before and answered da phone and talked me through an issue I had.

They have always taken care of me, only problems I have had is two trim motors fried in less than a year...but they have gotten me a new motor within a couple of days.
