I really like the way the prodrive handles but i need a more powerful motor then they make or even two motors, 2 36's may be to heavy so I am looking at 2 27's if I can get a little more power out of them. any comments or advice would be appreciated.

I think EVT would be your best bet for doing mods to a kohler.

I think you would be fine with two stock 27's. I've done a bunch of work on my 27 and would say if your gonna do anything, go with EVT... I chose not to at first, and am deeply regretting it. They are about to get me right though. Great guys, very knowledgeable, and have really been helping me out.

Honestly only thing I would do to them (after spending a ton of money on mine), would be deck the heads (maybe upgrade to the 30 heads, and deck them), and add an exhaust. Maybe a carb...
