Try the left over corn from the crawfish boil.

roll dat in egg batter then in half cornmeal and half flour then fry till you think it's ready.

I pull back the shuck and coat with butter and Garlic salt, fold the shuck back over and coat the outside of the shuck with olive oil to keep it from burning

I do almost like Hizzy, but I soaks mines corn in the husks in water for about 30minutes to an hour to let the husks soak up the water. Then I pill back the husks, silks the corn, butter, add tony's, fold husks back, and tie the end to keeps the husks around the corn. I then grill the corn on the BGE for about 1 hour at 350. The water saturated husks steam the corn. It's gooooooooooooooooood!

Thats a dang good idea ..... soaks 'em in water 'fo grillin' !!! I'll try that.

I was showed and like it ..... go ahead and shuk 'em ..... butter 'em ..... as you wrap 'em in tinfoil add 'bout table spoon of burbon to 'em .... thro 'em on the fire !!! That is a unique way that I likes 'em ..... just don't keep burbon handy enuff 'rounds mines crib !!!!
