I'm going take my boy ride tomorrow in Henderson to kill the morning. I've only been in the bass boat a few time fishing and was wondering where is a good place to go with the LT. I'm hoping to find some gumbo mud to cut it up in. Can anyone point me I. The right direction? Thanks in advance.

Can't help you with Henderson, but the water is so low in all South LA it shouldn't be hard to find mud. Get out of any main bayou and it shouldn't take long.

Most places I go in the basin is hard bottom. I'm looking for something like you find at the delta, soft flats.

Why not go over to Fausse Point?

well its to late now cuz ur on the water but the north flats usualy have some mud in them......if you know how to het up there without gettin lost lol

Just passed through a lil while ago. Theres a foot of water and didn't want to hunt through the thick cause I need head out in a lil. I'll get stuck another time. Lol.
