I have a 36hp pd. While running to day it would die out when i let off the throtle and would just idle with the cluch ingaged. any advice on what may be happing. I checked all my fule lines and concections. Would bad spark plug cause this problem?

sounds liek a fuel issue to me, I would replace the entire hose

low speed jet is clogged, either dissasemble the carb and clean it, or run some seafoam in the gas

auto's right, check your pilot jet to make sure it's not clogged but it could also be your fuel pump. If it's running fine while you are on the gas, I'm more inclined to think that it's either a clogged filter that or pilot jet.
