I am curious to know what color springs are out there on non-cdi 35hp Briggs motors.

I have a 35 gdsd and it came with a green spring, which I believe is a 4000 rpm spring. I wonder if go-devil puts these on to keep the rpm down a bit to promote longevity.

I have seen purple which I think is the 42-4300 rpm spring.

anyways what color do you have and what model and type is your motor?

I'm in the process of getting a purple and a cdi (brown?) spring

so I got a purple spring today. I ordered a replacement for my exact model and type and I got a purple one. the reason this is wierd is because whwn I got the motor new it came with a green spring(low rpm). I wonder if go-devil puts these springs on.
