 Realiblity?
Lookin to upgrade my 23 gtr sounds like i would be buying a new block after a couple of seasons with head work and all that other stuff. Would someone say that the mikuni carb kit, intake, and exhaust would be the safest thing to do and last and not tear my engine up?

 Re: Realiblity?
Having head work done to the engine will still keep it reliable!! Have your heads ported/polished and decked along with a performance cam and a Mikuni carb and that engine will really wake up!

 Re: Realiblity?
You are safe with Carb,Exhaust, heads, rollerrockers and cam You just dont want to do rods and pistons, unless you want to put new rings in it every season

 Re: Realiblity?
Carb, exhaust by themselves you'll see a difference, do those first and if you want more you can always do the heads!

 Re: Realiblity?
Heads should always be your first mod because stock valves suck, and they give you da most bang for your buck. Next should be a high flow ehaust. After dat either a cam or a mikuni, it is really your prefrence one or the other along wit headwork and exhaust and you are still in stage 1 territory. But once you get both da carb and cam wit headwork and exhaust you are now at stage 2. As for as deckin da heads everyone has der own preference mine are decked at .02 but I know folks who have decked dem up to .06 and still don't have any problems.

 Re: Realiblity?
it shaves down the top of the head so that on the compression stroke the same amount of fuel is being pressed into a smaller area, thus more compression and power.
