13 hp honda?

 13 hp honda?i know its not a big engine, but do you guys know some cheap, simple mods i can do to it to get a few more horsepowers out of it?

Re: 13 hp honda? cut the rev limiter out, get a cam, make a straight header, re-jet the carb, get a better flowin air filter, port and polish, and see if you can get a local guy to lightly deck the head.
