 23hp gd lt boggs when put under a bind what could ma prob be?....im thinkn dirty jets but i want a few other opinions

Re: 23hp gd lt carb kit helped me with same problems on a 25hp, also check your oil level and make sure its not overfilled, this was part of my problem
