Shot this one sunday afternoon....... 130 lb sow. The evolution of ferral hogs over the last 30 years. 30 years ago the pigs we shot looked like the typical barn yard bacon hogs with little hair. These look like a damn wooly mammoth or what you always thought a russian boar would look like.

The pigs around here ain't a whole lot prettier, but they ain't quite as hairy as that yet. Most are mottled colors.
