I have to eat labor all the time to make customer's happy. But a customer that leaves with a smile, usually come's back. And it seems the one's who had a problem that I went above and beyond to take care of will send their friends also. The one you let leave with a frown, will not only tell a few friends, they will tell everyone they know. You got to take care of people man. It's one thing if it is something expensive that could actually set you back. Its another if its a crappy piece of plastic...

I sent him the black cover, because i forgot his motor was painted, and did not think that drilling the holes would be that big of a deal. I talked to Kyle to day and he told me, come Monday a painted, drilled, and stickered cover will be on its way to Brian. Like i said all ready, I take full responsibility for this whole cluster, fuk. This is not the manufacturer's problem it is mine I sold the motor to him all they did was crate it and ship it to him. He does have every right to be upset with me on this deal I dropped the ball, but I am here to make whats wrong right.

I'll agree with coastal, CB, Brooks, Forever Draggin and all the others that stuck up for me when all the GTR and SETX cheerleaders came out to beat me down.

And it's funny, whenever a thread starts to bring up anything about my experience or anything else remotely negative about GT, the cheerleaders start to cry for TB to delete it.
