 KODAK Camara Querston .... When you take the photo .... plug the cable into 'putor as well as the camara .... it makes a black screen come up that sayin' "KODAK Software Download" and not a dang thang else happens ... Come on fellers .... lets make this simple !!!!

Re: KODAK Camara Querston .... it may be wanting to load Kodak easyshare software on your puter... Not sure if you can get around it... I have it on my computer but never use it... I open my pics with windows.. It will take up a little space on your hard drive but should hurt anything....

Re: KODAK Camara Querston .... I don't know the camera off the top of my head, but does it use an sd card? If so, I usually just take the card out and plug it into the computer. Then your regular old windows software will grab it.
One more thing to try... When you plug it in from the camera, try going to the computer or my computer tab on the main windows tab (bottom left corner)... Click on portable device (usb). That should work too..

Re: KODAK Camara Querston .... If you have a SD slot in your computer then just take it out the camera and put it in. I never use the cord.

Re: KODAK Camara Querston .... Been fight that som' bich you talk'n bout. Get one of them little things you put the card in an plug in the cumputor. Makes it alot simpler. Borrowed one to post some pics, it's easier than loading that dinosaur.Good luck brother, where I work, if I got a cumputor prob. I call the help desk and they take over the sh-t and fix it.
