I've had some work done at a local machine shop in the N Dallas/Garland area. If you guys are looking for someone local who can do head work, block machining, block repair, this guy does real good work. He's a harley guy with lots of v twin and mikuni knowledge. Not too big on the lawn mower engines, but if you tell him what you want done, he can get it done. Real nice guy, real fair prices.

Yeah, I was just gonna mention. He doesn't have storage for boats or anything. And he's not gonna give a whole lot of input on what you "should" do. But if you know what you want done, and can bring him just the parts you want worked on, he'll take good care of you.

It took me a while to find someone I really trusted. Figured I'd pass on the info, hopefully help some others, and possibly send some business his way...
