Re: Bridal Shows My wife drug my arse to the city club to a bridal show so I could see who might steal the money I have to pay for my daughter's wedding. I had no idea weddings cost so much. $50,000 and that is not a joke!!!

Re: Bridal Shows $50,000 would be about right for the typical wedding and reception for where I grew up. I have been to and been in some that were unbelievable.
My wife and her mother spent about $3,000 on ours and it was perfect for us.

Re: Bridal Shows Hell I got married on the deck of the house, and then had the reception in the barn. All it cost me was 150 lbs of pork and 7 kegs of beer, and that party last 3 days.
