Have them ship you the kit and just bring your boat to Robert, we installed mine in about 30 minutes or so.

The boat doctor in harrahan will do any mods to your PD you need. I just had the carb, heads, and roller rockers put on my PD there. Did a real nice job. Andy Johnston is the mechanics name. Really good people. You can also any parts you need/want from them also.

Thanks guys. I have the Hopkins hog exhaust and Hopkins cleaver prop, what else does "stage 1" include?

18x60 PD front deck rear deck gunnels and side console. Heavy rig but dam comfortable!!!!

U guys think the carb upgrade will help? With a load I do 22 - 24 but against a head wind, 2 nutria and a penguin passed me up.

generally what people refer to as a stage 1 is heads, carb, exhaust. Or heads, cam, and exhaust.

I would suggest ordering the Iron Mountain heads from BPS.
