Post 2011 Louisiana Sportsmen Show
Well tomorrow is the first day of the Sportsmen Show at the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center in Gonzalez, LA. Hours are Friday from 1pm-8pm, Saturday from 9am-8pm and Sunday from 10am-6pm. Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for kids and military in uniform get in free. I just left from there and I saw Gatortrax had their boats set up and I also saw a few Excel hulls. I saw the guys from Pro-Drive coming down I-10 when I left. I will be there Friday and Sunday at the PETCO booth so come by and say hi. Saturday I will be in the Irish Channel Parade in New Orleans some I won't be at the show. Hope to see everyone there!

Well, how was the show? It's usually pretty good. I'd like to go tomorrow but I'm extremely busy with kids & work. I'm not planning to go unless I hear it's great and I'll see new & different things that I didn't see in prior years. Thanks

The expo was great!! I bought a cricket dispenser and 4 Coolze heat relief towels. Got my sights on a pellet burning smoker, ice maker, rod sheath, graphite spud, head lamp. Hoyt and Kyle from Gatortail were there. PD, GoDevil, Excel, express, gatortrax, MB, were all well represented.

Yea it was kind of lame
If you are looking for a 10000 deer hunt go for it
I'm looking for a bay boat
Wife likes the 65k one but screw that

You will not regret the the 24' Shearwater. I made the switch in 2009 from a 22' Champion and will never look back!
