well here goes my life.. ive basically turned my life around and seeing it a brand new way. due to economic downtime, my pay was cut 1.50, and since i was on maintenance, i was on a set 40. thats all fine and dandy but i almost hit bottom. had sum major bills come up, blew up my rhino, got scared and almost had to start selling things to keep up. after all this leveled out, i got the news of my life last tuesday nite.

i went to my g/fs house for supper, and she broke it to me. shes pregnant. worst part is is nots mine. we had broke up a while back around mardi gras (those of you who know me knew when this happnd) and thats when it went down. ive decided to stay with her, me adn the girl love each otehr way too much, and im a better man than to leave her especialy rite now. i know some of you are goin to ridicule me, but honestly i dont give a flyin horses ass. its my decision to make, and were all entitled to opinions. i was waiting till today to tell u others that didnt know yet since she went to the doctor today and confirmed everything.

on the upside of things, since first of february, ive lost almost 40 lbs. down to a size 40 jean. i got real scared when the scale tipped 306 lbs. all by simply slackin off on the beer/ coke intake, bread, fried foods, just overall eating healthier. very little exercise other than working the crawfish farm and dock and at the plant. anything is possible if you put your mind to it. thanks brooks, (the both of u) paul, hunter, matt, jason (pooh bear) and the few others for the phone calls and concerns. yall mean alot to me, and thats what friends do.. were here for each other. i'm still comin to caddo, but it mite not b for the whole time thou. sooooo,,, peace out dawgs!

God puts us exactly where He wants us to be, most of de time its reasons we can't ever understand and He never gives us more den we can handle! It'll all work out, it always does, jus keep your head up and keep movin' foward!

Don't worry about what you think others may think, you do what your heart and your gut tells you and it will be all good! It only gets really f'ed up when you start doing shit to keep other people satisfied. Just keep puttin one foot in front the other and the tough times will pass.

Congrats Justin. Keep the faith and one foot in front the other. Life can be tough and has its ups and downs, but a good woman and especially kids can be the anchor in the storm. I adopted my daughter when she was real young and have no regrets. I couldn't be more proud of her and love her no different than my other 2. We all need the basics, but when you get down to it life is what you make of it. I've known poor folks that couldn't be happier and rich folks that couldn't be more miserable. Family makes it all worth while. Mine are grown now but I'm starting all over again with the next generation.

Justin, don't know you from Adam but good luck. My advice to you is this and take a second to think about this. If yall are going to get married and all that, and the daddy isn't in the picture at all now he needs to be out of the picture for good. If he's aware of the situation he should sign over parental rights. You should adopt the baby at birth. The last thing you as a couple need is some ex-boyfriend hanging around forever.

I did something a lil similar. I've been raising my girlfriends daughter for the past year and I tell you what, I love that lil girl just as much as I love my son. I look at them the same, it sure is nice to know another kid in this world doesn't have to grow up without a father in their life. IMO, a father figure is very important in a child's life. No one should be without. It burns my ass up to hear/see single mothers raising their kids with no father in the picture, and they don't even want to have anything to do with them. People like that makes my blood boil. Sorry for rambling, this subject kinda hit a spot with me sooooooooo good move bro, you are defiantly doing the right thing and it shows your true character.

think long and hard about this before you go get married to her. Dont marry her either just cause she is giving you some. Hate to be blunt about it but your young and from the sounds of it your money situation isnt the best, it will catch up too you fast being married and taking care of a child even if it was yours. Get your finaaces straightend out, get some money in a saving account of some type and dont fall back on selling your stuff that you may still owe money on.
