 35 Hp GTR Backfireing. Having problem with my 35 GTR Backfireing any Ideas. Clean Carbs and changed neadle air jets still no luck. It only happens when you get off the throttle fast. If you open Air Jets to about 4 it gets better but I know thats not correct.

Re: 35 Hp GTR Backfireing. Use high octane unleaded supreme gas. Also check for exhaust leaks.

Re: 35 Hp GTR Backfireing. Its only when you get off the throttle fast. I have backed the air jets to about 4 turns it gets better but still i think that way to far out.

but it is normal for it to back fire when you let off the throttle real fast from full throttle.
