Post Non CDI Go Devil
Need help,

I have a 2006 35 GDSD and just got a Mikuni exhaust put on BUT...I dont have a green wire to hook up the rev. limiter.

Anybody have/done the hook up to a Go Devil rev limiter to the non CDI? Or have a wire diagram.

Thanks

Try to shoot a PM to DRAKE1 - Mike - If you get "stuck"

In a similar thread - which I searched here was his answer...

Quote Drake1 - viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1206&hilit=rev+limiter

Green goes to the black wire coming off the coils which is the kill switch wire, red goes to grey wire coming off the fuel shut off, black gos to ground.

Thanks,

It went perfect, we used a soldering gun to the connectors instead of splicing the wires together. Limiter work perfect, and set the idle and she is purring......

Good deal - was pretty sure that post from Drake1 would
stear you right.... Post back some in the water results, those
carbs can give some nice throttle response - just don't run
your mix lean, better to be a bit rich for engine health....
