Re: Midwest Outboards in MN Harold seems like a good guy. Seems to know his stuff about boats and motors; plus they have a few choices there. I know he got a bad wrap a few year back, but he was dealing with his wife's cancer issues...
Can be tough to get a hold of; due to Howard being on the city council
