I'm not up on the fishing laws, cause I don't mess with a rod and reel to often. I know that you cannot shoot anything but trash fish though. I believe bream are legal, but I'm not absolutely sure. And only place you really see them is in the tree's and it ain't worth loosin arrows in a stump.
