Mikuni Support Bracket - HELP!

 Mikuni Support Bracket - HELP! Still have yet to put this part on. What happened was when I was backing out the phillips head bolts & one of them stripped. I can't get it to come out. All the other 3 came out fine.
Should I cut the head slightly to make it fit a flat head?
Drill it out with a small drill bit? Possibly get it to come out and/or retap if necessary?
I think Rod said the bolts that need to be removed will all be replaced in the kit / parts provided.
Anyone have any tricks for getting this final bolt removed.

I did the same thing. finally got a pair of needlenose and was able to turn the screw after a good couple minutes of squeezing the sh!t out of the pliers and twisting the screw head.
