 Motor Question
Allright MMT Braintrust, I want some serious azz horsepower and torque for my soon to be built boat, but im kinda lost on the upgrades. I know the HD 7000 Mud Buddy is a beast but does Gator tail make one that compares to that and does either one come with a warranty? I really like the GTR but was curious if they had a machine without having to put on aftermarket mods outside the factory.
I need some opinions guys.

 Re: Motor Question
You want reliable power or you want big power? Reliable = shaved heads Amount depends on your preference, cam, add some timing (only run 93 octane). These mods will help all around. Moreso on the load carrying ability.

 Re: Motor Question
Im gonna run with at least one person and gear guns etc. I wanna outrun but mainly maintain a load and get through the backwaters. No real mud mainly grass and pads.

 Re: Motor Question
Go with duals.. You will have 3yr factory warranty on each motor, and can carry 1000+ pounds without feeling it.

 Re: Motor Question
x2 best all around mods for some top end gain and alot of load carrying would be. Heads, Cam, and Exhaust. if you want to also a carb but the heads and cam will make a huge difference. Also shim the srings and put at least stanless exhaust vavles in

 Re: Motor Question
Try to tune 2 carbs is a pain in the arse, but if you wanted too you could buy a factory gator-tail and soup it up just like the HD7000 but as for Gator tail putting one out the shop like that your not gonna find it
