I might be starting so chit but here goes, I was wondering who ever had a gator-tail then went to a prodrive or had a prodrive & went to a gator-tail and why. I'm just wondering because I have been wanting to get one but not sure what to get.

Go with the GTR!!! I had a prodrive and switched and it was the best decision I've ever made!

I had a pd now I have GTR

I switched from PD to GTR. Both are good motors.... I just happened to find a good deal on a dual rig and pulled the trigger. Can't go wrong with either one but the GTR does a little better in the terrain I run.

I heard Mud Buddy should be coming out with a reverse feature REAL soon.

Ive driven pd and gtr both are good motor's.but i like my pd,pull's just as good in all terrian's as gtr. but pd is alittle faster.

I owned prodrives for 5 years and switched to the GatorTail 2 years ago!I switched mainly for the Instant reverse,More speed,Better performance in the mud that I run!

DMD is running a polarkrap,that's the problem. Everyone knows a PD is going to run 27.7 nothing more!

I had a PD and GTR and went to a godevil then a mudbuddy.Back to an outboard then a longtail.
