Well this weekend was the last one for us in the northern zone. We were greeted with lots of ice and 5" of snow on saturday. Me and my buddy killed limits each day. Closed the season with a bang. Last bird of the year was this gw teal, flock of 30 came in and I didn't get to shoot due to we only needed one more to fill out. What they were doing up here at this time of year is beyond me. Off to the southern zone to close that one and that will be a wrap for this year. Sorry for the pics, taken with a crappy Iphone camera

Hope all went well for you guys this year. how long are the honkers in for?

Our honkers will stick around here for a few more weeks. Should be able to pound a few of them out of the sky after I get back from the holiday. Then off to Illinois to close that season

Don't come here yet!!!!! The geese haven't got here AT ALL! We are just now seeing the mallards. Shot the first golden eye yesterday.
