 Mahi Mahi Got some Mahi Mahi that needs to be fixed up for dinner tonight or frozen. Anyone care to share a good recipe that I can try with it?

Re: Mahi Mahi getting back to the subject at hand.......marinate it for a few hours in mayo and italian dressing. Then put it on the BGE till its done. Easiest way I know of.
