No, not enough slack in the rope while it was tied up. Wind got strong and put the water right over it.

Drain the oil and water out refill with oil fire that Honda up shell do fine Been there done that

Actually looks like the motor didn't get submerged unless it was worse than that at some point.

That sucks...I just sunk a momarsh a month ago wth a 6 hp robins on it. Drained it, put new oil in it and ran it for 5 minutes, repeated 6 times till there was no water in the oil and I havent had a problem since. Youll be alright.
