make sure its not too full, it can get knotted up if you're using too much line

get some reel magic and spray a bunch of that on the line waded up in your hand and even the internals of the reel. that helped mine alot.

if its still not working call up Mark Land with Muzzy... but IMHO the muzzy reel is a POS... you can buy 3 Ti20's for the same price and the internals will outlast the Muzzy... you might also want to look into diffrent line... my muzzy reels don't work worth crap with Fast flight... but once I changed them to Tuf-Line XP they worked like a dream unil the brass gear strips out... but the cool thing about a muzzy is you can buy all the parts to rebuild them...

I use 200 FF on all my reels and I got every kind that is made.
Even have the old 270 bowfishing reels and have no problem with FF.
Just wish they make it in 150 all so.

8-)

I am on my second big spool of FF, bought it like 3 years ago.
The first one last for 12 years or so.
Got it from Sully.

All I use is the AMS reels and never had a problem except for the bottles falling off. Usually happens when they are not checked for tightness.

AMS has fixed this problem with a new cap and bottle with more threads... we havn't had any problems since we started using the new parts... nothing pisses me off more than having my bottle fall off or the line snag a branch and not know it until all of your line is dragging behind the boat...lol..
