Hey guys I been thinking about doing this and wanted your opnion. Is it worth it- will have the mm double barrel x with it. Where can I buy it? And how difficult is it to do it? I'm running a load. Bowfishing deck 3 guys and ussually 100 fish... Ok maybe ten fish. Thanks guys. Sorry for all the questions I'm new to surface drive and wanted your opnions. Should I do the heads and rockers with it also? Or is it not needed right off the bat.

There are some nice cams out there. BPS, Hoyt's cam, and I think SETX performance has one. I hear alot of good things about Hoyt's cam. You will at least have to get the valves done for sure, but it the cam will work best with the heads being ported and new valves.

You really want some headwork done in order to see some real gains from the cam. If for no other reason than to assure your valves are seating properly.

I have a bps cam, my dad has a 493 in his and we are happy with both of them. Most seem happy with hoyt's cam also. You don't "have" to get the rockers.

If you do heads, cam, and exhaust you will be very pleased. I have hoyt from Gator-Tails cam in mine and I really like it. I havent run any of the other ones, so I cant compare. I think I paid 275$ for it.
